Prioritising the Health and Wellbeing of All our Learners

Saks Apprenticeships supporting you with your apprenticeship and more.

At Saks Apprenticeships we have over 20 years experience working with apprentices and salons and during that time we have developed a fantastic support network for all our learners.

Our team of fully qualified safeguarding officers and all our staff are trained to recognise the signs of all welfare concerns.

This focus on learner welfare has been more relevant this year due to the pressures many of our learners and employers have been under and with next week being Anti-Bullying Week 2020 we want to highlight the amazing role this plays in highlighting the needs of those who experience and witnessed bullying.

The Anti-Bullying Alliance - official organisers of Anti-Bullying Week

The Anti-Bullying Alliance was established by the NSPCC and the National Children's Bureau in 2002 and is hosted by the National Children's Bureau to provide expertise in relation to all forms of bullying between children and young people.

They are a unique coalition of organisations and individuals, working together to achieve their vision to stop bullying and create safer environments in which children and young people can live, grow, play and learn.

Saks Apprentices work closely with our employers and learners to ensure that everyone is treated with respect and courtesy. Our safeguarding team can be contacted at any time of the day and all our learners have access to a list of Government approved support agencies, businesses, and coalitions.
